Bullzi Security Inc. Names New CFO

Lake Mary, Florida, January 2, 2007

Bullzi Security Inc. names John Dambrauskas as it’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Dambrauskas will be working from Bullzi’s new headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. According to Thomas Welch, founder and CEO of Bullzi Security, Inc., "John brings a great deal of value to our firm. With his finance background and knowledge of the public market, John will help us to achieve our goal of becoming a top-tier security firm, both nationally and abroad.”

Mr. Welch went on to say, “Being a public company has a number of advantages, but to execute properly, we need an experienced CFO and corporate executive that can guide us through the regulatory process. John will assist us with the SEC reporting requirements, financial planning and acquisition process. Bullzi Security will aggressively seek synergistic companies to acquire and having John on board will allow us to conduct our due diligence, internally, rather than relying on 3rd party M&A firms, allowing us to act faster and more efficiently.”
